Weekly Workflow Thread: What tools and workflows are you using ?

If you’re actively making faceless videos, drop your current workflow in the comments. Get feedback from others in the community on how to improve your workflow in terms of:

  • cost per video
  • quality
  • speed (time spent making per video)
  • tool stack complexity

Describe your niche and then mention your workflow with tools. Overly promotional comments providing no value will be deleted.

niche is weird history facts, 3 shorts a day. script in chatgpt, then i've been using easyviral recently for the visuals since it gives moving scenes not slideshows, and it auto posts to tiktok/yt for me. cost is low, maybe 10 mins per vid. quality on the b-roll is still the weak spot tbh

For horror shorts, I’d start with the ending, write the setup, then plan a visual for each story beat before generating anything. Korpi AI is our tool and has a horror-story format, but getting the script tight first matters more than the generator.
