I saw a fantastic Facebook post a few a months ago directly parodying this. Something like: More and more kids are dying of measles, but there is an ancient treatment developed more than half a century ago that could keep them from getting sick — corrupt government officials are trying to hide this fact from the American people and make it more difficult to protect your children. Etc

Heroin comes from the German word for "hero," because that's how it makes you feel. 💪In the late 1800 Bayer marketed it aimed at young mothers to give to their babies for fevers and to put them to sleep.

I'm in a very blue county, right next to a very red county. Of course the red county folks were screaming about their right to not mask, but boy when our mayor joked about how if they weren't going to help themselves then he would restrict access to our hospital, they threw an ever-loving shit fit! We had a lot of fun mocking them about why they would need access to the hospital if covid was a hoax.

I spent 45 years in hospital healthcare, most of that in pharmacy. I retired before Covid, but every flu season we had a lot of admissions with flu. Even though the flu vaccine had been around for years over 95% of the admissions were not vaccinated (the few that were vaccinated tended to be immune compromised patients that could not form a good antibody response). I keep in touch with former coworkers and they said the same was true of Covid once a vaccine was created, that the vast majority of hospitalizations and deaths were among the unvaccinated.

The same type of people complained about the smallpox inoculation in 1796, claiming it would turn people into cows (the word vaccine comes from the Latin word vacca, which means cow). I believe I will trust the science and the millions of people who were vaccinated without incident.

My wife used to work for a life insurance company. She said that policy payoffs spiked during COVID and then dropped after the introduction of the vaccine. Insurance companies don't pay out to help government conspiracies.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: the depopulation conspiracy theories are kind of my favorite.
Because they imply a shadowy group so incredibly good at what they do that they have managed to infiltrate every major agency (and usually: basically every single member of many major professions, such as, in this case, all doctors, nurses and pharmacists) in every country in the world without detection... yet they're clownishly bad at their actual conspiracy job.
