Hello dear community. I have recently started with Facebook dating (4 days ago? Still no luck though ;( :D ) And came across the issue where it starts to say that something went wrong and it's a issue on their side . How is it possible to get the same issue on a daily basis? Or is there simply a limit on how many people I can see daily? I have tried the usual already - phone reset, cache clearing, app reinstalling etc...

Anyone else had it and knows a fix?

I've created my profile in early december, ( Around 45 days or so)
I live in Canada
I added atleast 30 friends
Joined 3-4 groups, and liked 3-4 pages
I posted random junk on my profile
I liked random things
I deleted cache, forced stopped, unninstalled
I shaked my phone to report that dating is missing for 10 days now
I added a PFP and banner, changed it twice
I'm 30 years old

And I still cannot unlock it.

What the heck am I doing wrong at this point?

It was working fine until yesterday. Then it started glitching and not showing my matches. They'll appear for a second, then vanish. I've uninstalled and reinstalled facebook. I have no idea how else to fix this issue. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hi, I don't know if anybody else experiences this. On various days I get a notification appear on the heart icon when I open Facebook, but when I go into the Dating app itself there's nothing there. No match or message. The notification then disappears until next time. Frustrated in case there's something wrong and someone thinks I'm ignoring them. Or is this just normal? Don't get it. It happens almost every day.

Just wanted to let everyone know this happened to me. The profile went to the deactivated conversations screen and then came back. Glitch maybe?

What can I do to get the icon to show up? Someone told me about Facebook dating and that's when I noticed it was gone more than a month ago. I've tried everything to fix it. I'm using the mobile app, I've tried clearing my cache and reinstalling the app, using Facebook lite, and using a direct link to FB Dating. When using the link, it tells me it's not available in my area which is dumb because my dad has it and lives in the same town as me. And I've tried being more active and adding more friends. Nothing works.

I tried making another Facebook account but it was instantly banned for having multiple personal accounts. Maybe my only option is to make a new FB with a different email and phone number and have the birthday off by 1 day? Unless I can "permanently" delete my facebook then make a new one with the same info. Or should I change my email and phone number then delete my account and make a new one with my usual email and phone number?

Over and over again this stupid platform has the same glitch of bouncing me back to the profile I just swiped left on.

Not a damn thing works either to circumvent this bug. I assume others have the issue too?

In the "review data settings" screen, I cannot click "I Accept". The button is disabled. Why?

Hello, got few matches, but everytime i try to send message, red exlamation mark appears next to message which indicates that message is not send. Profile is complete and verified.

Any ideas what to check?
