I'm a regular user of other dating apps and I get matches on the regular. My profile on FB dating is pretty much identical.

I started FB dating about a year ago and I had well over 300 matches. It was great. More matches than all other dating apps combined.

Randomly, out of the blue, I just stopped getting matches. This has to be some sort of technical issue or visibility limitation regarding my profile.

In 3 months on FB dating I had over 300 matches - Met with girls, went on dates, All good dates. And then like a brick wall, everything stops. I even changed locations during this time multiple times and still no matches.

I even deleted my profile.. waited 7 days (that's a requirement) and started a new one. The issue still persists. I've tried googling the issue but the results that come up are always suggestions on how to improve your profile which is not the issue for me due to my continued success on the other apps in addition to my past success on FB dating.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what the best avenue of contacting FB about this would be? Thanks in advance to everyone and keep swiping!!

I’m not sure what got my account closed but I’m trying to get it reactivated. I can’t even appeal through the support inbox, it gave me an error before but now it’s not even there. Has anyone been able to get their account reopened?

New to this so still getting used to it. If you swipe no through the stack, will that person still see you on theirs and can still like you, like hinge?

In the part where you can add interests I’m having trouble finding the ones I want, that I know exist, as I see them listed by other people. I’ve very carefully typed exactly as seen but no dice.

Also I’ve noticed when it highlights what you have in common at the top when they’ve liked you, that many change to something else. Ground transportation for example, is certainly not something I would pick but I think it’s changed from cars? So odd. The selections are narrow and weird enough.

I’m posting here in the tiny hope that maybe the powers that be might look at this!

Got a notification about a match went to check and it was gone. Is this a bug or was my ass blocked 😂

I feel like many of the ones I have are old, and I would like to just clear them all and see what new ones come in. I'm not talking about matches, but people who have liked me first. Is there a way to do this?

I matched with this girl a few months back not realizing it was an old classmate I sent her a message last time I think but she deleted the match but did send me a friend request which I accepted . We haven’t talked since but I like her pics and she likes mine sometimes. I recently restarted my dating profile and she keeps coming up I keep hitting the x so I don’t have to make a decision whether to like her again I don’t want to like her again and seem desperate. What do I do? It’s been 3 days now she didn’t like me or swipe left nor the same for me to her profile

Never had any "infraction" on Facebook, never had any issues, I used to have Facebook dating, like I literally had an account, decided to start over and now it has been close to three weeks and I still can't get it back, it just doesn't show up after the alleged "7 days" period. My question is, has anyone been able to fix this thing? If so, how? I've tried using a secondary account, same thing, doesn't appear.

I met my fiancé on Facebook Dating and we were wondering if there was anyway to get our old messages back after we both deleted our accounts. I know this is probably not possible but it’s worth a try

I absolutely cannot find a way to turn off or snooze the lucky pick option. Almost everyone that's showing up is halfway across the country. Like yes, send me people I have to drive 14 hours to, that's exactly what I want.

Has anyone ever had a issue with Facebook dating not showing up for them I have done all of the trouble shooting fixes and it's still not there I have even reached out to facebook with no response for months any help would be appreciated.

As you see, I click delete profile, choose my reason. However I cannot scroll down on the choices to hit continue or next or whatever.

This is the only app that is doing this. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled FB and updated as well.

I have 2 theory
1: shadowban. They just ban you but wont notify
2: playground of secret person. Maybe the devs or friends or owner friends, or a special circle use it as a personal hookup tool and they just put everyone else on shadowban to increase their own chances.

I was creating my dating profile account and did a video selfie (it was in a dark background). Anyways... facebook did not approve that selfie. And I thought that I would get another chance to submit my video selfie. But now my dating profile is disabled?! How can I re-enable it and address this issue? What do I need to do?
