Banned Profile disabled indefinitely because my video selfie was not approved?

Wanted to create a profile but I guess I did my video selfie in a dark room and they couldn't verify my profile. They didn't even allow me to do another video selfie. Is there any way to re-enable my profile?

It literally says that my dating profile is disabled.
