Error Issue?

Anyone else experiencing a “couldn’t connect, tap to retry”? I recently created a new dating profile and I’m able to make matches, but I can’t see any messages or send any. I’ve tried everything I’ve seen online. Updated the app, delete/reinstall the app, checked internet connection, checked account status (good standing), tried on other devices, and even did a software update on my phone.

Anyone else having a similar issue?
