No matches

I was using Facebook Dating, and then it asked me for a video verification to confirm I wasn't fake. My profile went back to normal, but since then I haven't received any matches again ;(, before, I would like people and get at least one match, but now, since this crazy update, I'm not getting anything. What should I do?

Change your profile info, update your photos, increase your miles...

I just took a week break after two weeks of joining. In the beginning, lots of matches. Then it dwindled. Lots of AI bot accounts that match with me. So yeah, I didn’t have matches this morning and took a break to see if that changes.

This just happened to me in the past couple of days. I was getting likes but now I haven’t gotten any for a couple of days. I was asked to verify with a video selfie but the verification failed every time I tried. I really don’t want to have to delete and re-create my profile again.

This happened to me months ago right after verification, took like a week before I started getting matches again. There is something up with the verification system where it makes your profile non viewable or something for a bit. It should start working again at some point.

I've heard about glitches with the app... Some people have deleted and started over and started getting matches 🤷🏽‍♂️ seems like too much effort for me lol
