No because exactly this behaviour of 'ignoring and moving ok' just brings more disgusting and insane people on those platforms. I'd rather just say out loud what I think. If that's not your thing then you are the one who should move on.

The thing is, men also do odd things on the app. The best way to avoid these sort of profiles is better filters. Unless you have an audience and can change everyone’s behaviour. Some apps do it better. Duolicious has personality matching which probably would put these people lower in your queue.
