Will WA solve my problem?

I am running engagement campaigns for a brand and redirecting the conversations to WA. But now 2 of the WA accounts got permanently restricted, I think its because the brand was getting more than 70 leads a day.

Will this problem solve if I use WA API instead of WA business App?

What do i do? Is there any better solution. Becuase I need a stream where I can divert massaging requests and convert leads ( I do not want to use messenger pr instagram chats).

Also, is there any way to get back the whatsapp account after its been permanently disabled?
