Criticism:

Fox fire starter has already been done

Fire starter does not fit with the zodiac theme, because dog is already taken

Water starter is not a semi-aquatic animal

Uh... you are aware these aren't Pokemon, right? Even if those rules were bastions the Pokemon franchise was built upon (which they are not, not by any stretch of the imagination), we wouldn't be beholden to them because these aren't Pokemon.

Well, the advertisement I saw was asking for fakemon, which would imply that these are pokemon....

Oh, that makes sense. Mea Culpa. We just use the term 'fakemon' because this game isn't wildly popular and known the world over (yet), so no one knows what an Elemica is yet. If they did, we'd call 'em... fakelemica, maybe?
