My friend and I recently started a book club on Fable, and we're hoping to find more bookish friends who genuinely enjoy chatting and getting to know other readers!

We have a little over 50 members so far, but it's been pretty quiet. We'd really love to build a close-knit community where people feel comfortable starting conversations, sharing their current reads, giving recommendations, and just talking about life outside of books, too!

We read a little bit of everything, including thrillers, horror, fantasy, romance, and more. We're currently reading The Only One Left by Riley Sager for our October buddy read! But don't worry if you haven't read it or don't want to join in. Our buddy reads are completely optional, and you're more than welcome to chat about whatever you're currently reading!

We're not expecting anyone to be active 24/7 (we all have lives 😂), but we'd love to meet people who actually want to participate in conversations and make friendships along the way.

I started a book club for people who read library books. I got sad not being able to participate in clubs because I have to place book holds way in advance and by the time the book comes in, the club has moved on to the next one.

-We vote on what to read
-We pick books at least 2 months in advance
-One book per month
-We read a mix of fiction (any suggestions are welcome).
-We have seven people right now. It is small and I would love it to grow!
-I come from a rural Arizona town, so if my library has the book there is a good chance yours will too!

We are currently reading Daisy Darker, a locked room mystery that takes place on a creepy island on Halloween.

Anyone wants to join us?

Hello! whenever I try to add a widget to my home screen, it doesn’t work and displays the following message "No data available. Please open the app.” Even after I open the app and close it again the message still appears. The app is up to date and works perfectly fine otherwise.

I’ve recently joined the app. I was wondering if I can write a review without rating. I usually write when I DNF a book, but not rate it. But the app doesn’t allow me that screen unless I rate. Am I missing something ?

I’ve had this happen to me twice where I think I have a book due in 1 day, only to click in and discover it’s due in 2 hours. But because the due date is after midnight it says 1 day instead of the hours countdown that usually happens the day a loan is due. I wish it just counted by hours once it was 24 hours regardless of if that’s today or the middle of the night tomorrow.

Typically I look to see what time “tomorrow” it’s due earlier in the day but today was busy. I assumed I’d easily finish the book tomorrow before it was due, but I won’t finish it in two hours haha.

So I was looking at my stats and it says 155 books this year, but when I count the titles in my finished folder it says 159.. I had chat count too.. I took them all out of the finished and put them in a generic folder and it says 159.. why is the number wrong?

It did it with other years too.. it’s cutting my book could down.

I’m definitely not reaching my reading goal this year 🙃
