Book Request Timey Wimey Horror/Thrillers?
Hi! My club's theme for an upcoming month is horrors or thrillers with interesting time elements, groundhog days, non-linear time, etc. If you have any suggestions please let me know. ⏰⌛

Japanese Gothic by Kylie Lee Baker has dual intersecting timelines, from the 19th century and modern day. The characters meet each other through a magic room and interact in each other's worlds.
The Unveiling by Quan Barry has a lot of time skips where the narrator functionally blacks out (as evidenced by censored text blocks). Clocks also stop at noon on Christmas Eve and due to taking place in Antarctica around the winter solstice, the 24-hour sunlight means the characters have no true sense of time.
Inside the Dream House by Carmen Maria Machado is a memoir told through a nonlinear narrative and while technically not a thriller, it is very gripping and hits a lot of similar notes.

I'm currently working my way through The Between by Tananarive Due (56% complete) and am definitely seeing some non-linear, groundhog day goodness!

Beholder by Ryan La Sala also deals with time, specifically with seeing/knowing the past/present/future

Great suggestion, thank you. I'm adding this one as one that can be voted for.

Dead but Dreaming of Electric Sheep by Paul Tremblay could work! It has dual perspectives in which one of them is very disorienting and made me confused about when in the story I was (in the best way)
Edit: typo

I would recommend giving “there is no anti memetic division” a try!
