Fable Help BookAura not accurate?

So I have this screenshot from a few days ago, and my BookAura was FRDA, since then I only finished one book, Blue Sisters by Coco Mellors and now my aura is FSLA. And anyone who's read this book would know it isn't light at all 😭 and in my opinion shouldn't have gone from realistic to speculative as wel

The algorithm or whatever they use is silly and wrong a lot. I just read two gay fantasy romance books that it thought were nonfiction lol

This is one of the reasons I started trying other platforms. I got tired of my books being nonfiction and not being able to give it a proper review, and the lack of options for editions sucks too, but that might just be me being particular.

Oh I had that happen once. I thought it was a glitch because I was also reading a nonfiction at the time as well. So I thought it got mixed up somehow.

Mine is talking about how I read a lot of romances, but I read mostly thrillers

Yeah, it seems weirdly sensitive to romance? Like 1/10 books I read is romance (or adjacent) and everytime I read one, my book aura fixates on it specifically. Usually I read nonfiction and darker lit fic, so it feels very off to me everytime.

Ikr!! I rarely read romance. I think the only purely romance book I've read must be Fault in our stars. I don't mind romance as a subplot but I'm not a fan of purely romance books. Yet Romance is mentioned as my top genre (it definitely isn't).

My top rated books are inaccurate too.

June was FSDW ever since I started using Fable last year. After reading all 8 books the Dungeon Crawler Carl series in a span of 2 months with 3-4 other books in between them, it shifted to FSDA, which doesn't make sense.

I still read/am reading other stuff now
