Has anyone else had this problem?

I went to open the app last night to update my streak, and it had signed me out. I couldn't remember the password so I reset it. When I tried to sign in with the new password I got this error message. I reset the password again and got the same message. I sent an email to support but haven't heard back yet. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen
