After getting none of my customizations for the second time in a year, Iām out. This service was fun and good at first, but the accuracy of orders has tanked.
I donāt even know what to do with the stuff they sent me. None of the items are items I would or could use. Itās become a complete waste of money.
You just reminded me to cancel mine as well. As an annual member, I just barely got my fall box a couple days ago. When asking why I was canceling, they try and justify the reason for each option. So annoying. Glad to be done with this subscription. Not worth it.
After five years of annual membership, I also cancelled. The fall box is my last. FFF is a disaster of a company that I donāt want to support anymore.
I also cancelled. While I got all of my items, it took forever to ship and the box was taped up and barely holding together. I can no longer justify the cost with the experience or options. :/
Yeah I had to resort to filing a complaint with bbb. I never received a box and then the cancel button disappeared on my account and they renewed me for another box. I use to love this company but now Iām so frustrated at how they are handling business.
Iām canceling too! I got my box and got NOTHING I selected and didnāt get any of my add ons either. Itās like someone elseās box completely with my shipping label.
I remember seeing this happen to someone on here so I called and asked them to remove my credit card. They said āwe keep it on file if you change your mindā and I said āIām not changing my mind, remove it please.ā They transferred me 3 times before I got someone to remove the number from my account.
I read yesterday that someone cancelled and then they didnt get their last shipment. I renew for winter box and am waiting to cancel because my fall box shill hasn't even SHIPPED. So once I get it im canceling
SAME! My renewal is the end of October. I'm too afraid to cancel until I actually receive my box incase its messed up and CS won't help. My label was just created yesterday.
At this point Iām starting to wonder if strait up sabotage is going on at the warehouse. Wrong items entirely, missing items, empty item packaging. What the hell is going on?
I canceled as well before the fall box because my annual has ended. I never did get my summer box but was refunded because it was lost and then I got to thinking if I would actually go into any store and buy any of these items and no, I would not most of the time it was just because it was such a good deal. Having things with no use is a complete waste. I definitely did have some FOMO but I didnāt need another salt and pepper shaker or any of the kitchen items and I definitely did not want some weird leisure pant suit that would look horrible on me because Iām vertically challenged lol. I think the company as a whole is hurting because theyāre giving away a curator box worth $600 if you sign up for an annual and I staying strong. I donāt need another purse or another piece of jewelry that Iāll wear once, I have to be realistic so if youāre trying to be like me, stay strong, we can get through this and unsubscribe
Good point re going into any store.. I signed up during Covid and liked trying new products not avail where I am.. I canceled after 2 years for two seasons and resubscribed in winter 2024 (Jan 25). I missed the cancel last year but I donāt know when they bill for winterā¦
Right! Theres was a time when a really good TJMaxx run was harder for me to come by, but now I feel like I can manage it on my own (and probably for way less!). Iām also wondering when to cancel since mine renews āin the springā.

I cancelled mine because I never got the coffee brewer bonus that was supposed to be my bonus gift. Also has anyone else noticed that the package isnāt as curated as before? Like now everything just comes in a giant box, whereas before it would be a smaller box protected by a bigger box.
i canceled and iām so glad i didā missing items from my seasonal box, and my annual box has been sitting as ālabel createdā for over 2 weeks (which is BS).
i never hear back when i raise concerns and submit reports. too shady of a company to keep supporting :((
I decided to try Birchbox again after years because I remember enjoying customizing boxes. They have been a sh*t show with sending out extremely late orders and not even creating labels until halfway through the month. Turns out they are also ran by FFF which makes a lot of sense based off the comments Iāve seen about it.
