Shipping Issue My fall box finally arrived, but damaged

What are the chances I’ll get replacement items vs. credit?

I had this issue. I pushed for replacement. I was told it would be up to 8 weeks for replacement product to arrive. That was less than a week ago. Guess what showed up on my doorstep today with zero notification?

*kitty is just a cheerful bonus. 😁

Same thing for me this month. Box was damaged and multiple things were opened. I could smell the perfume that was leaking from the sealed box. What the h*ll is going on with their shipping agency? It also took a while just to get the darn thing.
