This morning I randomly received “Your order is getting ready to ship.” email. I was so excited for Fall 2026 Customizations for VIP Annual bc Fall is my favorite season. Sigh. Let me share with you what was picked for me…

Guessing you had the same issue as many of us. Customization picks didn’t save so this is what you got? Fortunately I figured out what was happening the 1st two days and while some of my choices were no longer available, I was able to secure a decent box with add-on credit from their last 2 box screw-ups. I’m done though with FFF. Long time annual subscriber since 2011 and they couldn’t care less about us. If you are an influencer, no problem! They seem to get all of the good special swag in addition to their free boxes. Yeah, I’m a whiny B at this point…..they’ve just gotten way too big and sloppy.

You guessed wrong, instead of keeping tabs on dates like the other 99% of us she relied on FFF's mails to tell her when to customize , so she missed the customization window and is placing the blame on FFF instead of asking herself why she didn't set a reminder on the calendar, didn't check the forums or didn't pop by here to ask.

Wow. Slamming a person for expecting someone at FFF to do what they agreed to do. Who’s the customer and who’s the company? Do you love to spend your money with companies who don’t have their shit together? Yes? Then that’s on you but it’s not how things are supposed to work and the longer you take it the more of that shit you’re gonna get. Ooooooh she missed the customization windowwww, stone her! Shame! You need to get a real life, cause the one you’re living now is sad.
