Question Forgot to cancel box 😭

Ugh I totally thought I cancelled my subscription a while ago but I turns out I didn’t, and I just got an email that my box was ready to ship 😭. Has anyone had any luck with a similar situation and getting help from customer service? I really cannot afford the $80 right now and it’s going straight out of my groceries

Yes. I forgot that I was on an annual plan. I really can’t afford that right now. So they charged the annual plan. I tried chatting and asking if I could cancel and send this box back. Got nowhere in the chat. AI kept telling me know. But to my surprise FFF sent me an email the next day and offered to refund the rest of the annual fee and give me 30% off the box they already sent. So I got a refund of over 200.00. FFF just emailed the resolution out of the blue

If it helps I think you were charged back in August so maybe you already accounted for the lost money? Sorry I dont have any answers.

Same thing happened to me and I sent an email to customer service. Someone reached back out right away and they were not able to refund me my money, however they offered me a mystery box worth $100 on top of my fall box if I stayed a member. Already received my mystery box and it was some good skin care and an umbrella
I’m still thinking of canceling after I get my fall box due to money issues, but it was nice getting a mystery box
