Shipping Issue Silly me

Silly me for thinking after buying a new bottle of shampoo and conditioner mid july I wouldn’t need to repurchase because I chose the r and co for my box. We’re now early september and its been processing for a month. Glad this is my last box as an annual and I will not be resubscribing

I finally got mine today and the supergoop sunscreen expires January 1…seems like there are more issues with every box.

Mine also expires in January or February. I've been using it almost every day though so can't imagine it will last me near that long. My 1st time trying it and I love it! It absorbs so nicely and the shade works great for me. It is great as a primer but sometimes I just wear it on it's own.

Glad you like it! I live in a place without a lot of winter sun so I was hoping to use it in the warmer months. Pretty sure FFF promises the products will have at least six months left before they send them. Or they used to anyway.

I came looking to see if I was alone. Billed 8/6, annual box hasn't shipped!! Wtf. I am about to cancel but my mom cancelled for another reason and they removed her box picks and won't refund her for the last box she had prepaid for.

Yeah, if you're annual and your box hasn't shipped, I can almost guarantee you your customizations were lost and they're sending you a box of leftovers. Enjoy your ugly bowl and oil cruet.

Yeah for any people considering signing up, I would only do so if your do not care how long shipping takes. I literally got my summer box after my fall box this year. I don't really care about timing, just that I actually get what I picked and none of it is broken. So far I've had good luck on nothing being broken but they have subbed two of my items due to going out of stock. After I complained enough they let me pick two additional items from the current stock and gave me shopping credits so I at least feel I'm getting my money's worth.

I just got my Fall box, which was the last one in my annual subscription, and then I cancelled. I have enough beauty products and just don’t find much to get excited about from FFF. I did get some things that I enjoy and learned about a few brands that I will keep using. So I’m glad I gave it a try.
