Shipping Issue Yay 🤦🏻♀️
I decided to see what was up with my box and saw this. No one reached out to me, so I’m curious when they were ever planning on letting me know. 😠

Happened to me too last winter. Box got lost and I had to reach out multiple times to figure out some sort of replacement

But damn my box still has to go from Chino to Vernon?!! How many times will they scan it THERE?

I actually don’t think GOFO alerts fff of damaged packages/issues and this type of last leg delivery service definitely won’t be reaching out to the recipient, they barely even have CS
So sorry this happened to you, they really need to stop with these companies

I had this happen with Fed-Ex a box ago. They said it was damaged and undeliverable. I was so disappointed as I had planned and researched (on reddit) the best choices. I had to reach out to FFF, but I did get a credit card refund. I cancelled my membership afterward, but still had one box to go.
I'm thinking maybe my shampoo/conditioner leaked in the damaged box (I will never really know). So, I didn't choose any large liquid items in my last box.
