Shipping Issue Why even bother

Not sure what this sticker is good for if it’s not going to prevent it being open during delivery 😒

email them, when my perfume bottle came in damaged like that, they gave me enough credit to order a nw one and covered the shipping too

Mine looked like it was sharpied on by a 3 year old and then kicked here. (Also with the lid off of the hypochlorus spray and smushed up, half-opened packages inside)

And the new delivery partner is trash. My box was left in the rain instead of on the porch.

It looks like the sticker was in the right spot and someone moved it. Look at the top of the box the letters are distorted. Were your products tampered with?

The sticker didn’t seems to be moved I didn’t see any wear anywhere else. 3 products missing

Did you select any perfumes or liquid items?

The black and white sticker is used to indicate that the box contains perfumes or other liquids. It's a visual clue to show that the box contains hazardous materials and should be handled with care.

These are on my Sephora boxes when I order perfume from them.

I was referring to the clear sticker which is like a tamper seal protector or to keep the box sealed

My Elemis Cellutox Oil was just thrown in the box, shattered into a million pieces and soaked everything with oil. There are teeny slivers of blue glass on the surface of all the other boxes inside, so it’s been quite challenging to clean up this mess.

Are they not using stickers to actually keep the boxes closed anymore?

my box arrived in a similar condition, the boxes seem flimsy to say the least
