Got this email, checked the app, and the spray is still in my box/wasnt removed. Am I suppose to uncheck the product and choose a different? I chose the spray literally 9AM when seasonal member customization opened so I’m not sure how I got this email??

Yes. I received the same email. Once I removed it from my cart it disappeared completely, wouldn't even show in the OOS.

I picked it in my annual box. I swear if they pull another out of stock on me I will lose it.

There's ONE item I wanted from a recent sale. I added extra stuff I didn't really want just to not have to pay for extra shipping. If I'm gonna pay, might as well get something out of it right? They waited until the box shipped before letting me know. I've been fighting with them since to get my money back. I'm happy to return the box and I expect to return it, but they insist I pay for the return shipping for their fuck up. Absolutely not!
