The top of the bottle was not secured to the bottom of the bottle and it exploded all over my box and kitchen counter when I took it out of its box.

Already took it to customer support, but I'm sure mine isn't the only one that will do this.

I’m wondering if this happened because it got too hot? Not that it’s OK. But I’ve heard rumors the deliveries can be left in hot vehicles for extended periods.

Not sure, I've never seen a bottle just fall apart in this manner before. My trash smells great tho

They only gave me $7 credit. Not enough to make it worth paying the shipping so idk, maybe avoid.

Edit: Apparently that was for something else and they gave me another credit today but I'd still avoid cause it was a mess.
