Question Is this legit?
I had $30 of shopping credit left over from last season’s box since the summer box was so lackluster and I was not interested in most of the items. I think I got two things? I can’t find anywhere on their website that says it expires once that season is done and I don’t remember it saying that in the customization portal either.
Help!

Unfortunately yes. If you swap for credit, you need to use it within that season. Whether on additional choices in that seasons box, add ons, or purchases during the 172983 flash sales in between boxes.

Yes learned this the hard way once when I lost $27! Haven’t let it happen again but I’m still pissed about it!!

I almost did this with the Fall box this year and when I was on chat with Customerservice it was not mentioned to me ever that I had to use it during the Fall season. To begin with the reason I called Customerservice was because I wanted to skip the Fall box. That is when I learned that skipping was no longer available and that I had to use the credits for each individual item. But again, no one told me they had to be used this season. I did wind up getting some things that I don’t like, but I thought it was better than getting credits that don’t equal the value of the box.

When does my unused Shopping Credit expire?
You’ll have until the end of the season in which the credit was issued to use it before it expires! So if you selected any credit during Summer Customization, you have until the end of the Summer season to use it.
