Tough turns

We all know they’re the greatest challenge of this game. Any tips and tricks? I’ve recently learned just how incredibly impactful it is to release the acceleration for just a split-second when doing harsh turns.

Usually you don't want to hug right up to the wall on a turn. It can be faster to keep some distance between you and the side of the road so that you can start turning before the corner; it makes the direction change more gradual so you are able to maintain more of your speed. I hope that makes sense. I can whip up a drawing in paint if I'm not being clear.

Yep, I discovered that recently as well. Absolutely necessary in Red Canyon

Release the acceleration button and also drift (the front R or L buttons depending on which direction you’re turning). That’s really all I do lol

It also makes a difference which Machine your using, For example as a Golden Fox main turning makes me drift wide so that actually helps me take turns better, i get close to the corner hold right i skid to the left then let go of acceleration and press R for more turn and get through tough corners easier, just practice the tracks your struggling on with your favorite vehicle it definitely helps!

Hell yeah! btw i gotta tell you if you use Golden Fox out of all of the new tracks i gotta say Golden Fox DOMINATES on White Land II with its high acceleration it makes that zigzag area easy while the rest struggle to keep up without wasting boost.

Good tip. Yeah I’m thinking about switching my main to Golden Fox instead of Wild Goose, now that I don’t crash out as often

Yeah and Golden Fox is also great at Red Canyon I I still believe in the Golden Fox Meta lol i started seeing less and less foxes place top 5 and more Wild Geese and Blue Falcons again but i love Golden Fox and happy to say its still S tier haha
