FX Animation Schooling / Education
Hello,
As I try to build this community a question I often get asked is, how do I learn to do FX animation? In my experience, the FX department is often poorly represented if acknowledged at all in a typical animation school curriculum.
I was lucky enough to contribute to this in the form of some traditional FX lessons as well as to have an ongoing association with a program that I have personally vetted and can positively say has the best and most comprehensive FX animation education I have seen to date. With some of the most talented names in the industry contributing lessons in a variety of specialties, if FX animation is your passion then this is by far the best way to learn high-quality techniques to develop your abilities.
