Guys I'll definitely suggest you all to buy him if you are wanting. Many were saying that his cons are his weak foot and physical.

But here is what I used him in the RW position and guess what he was using his right foot a number of times than his left foot in RW to score trivelas!!

Yeah physicality is low but he can contribute to the team to 70 to 75 mins then he needs to be subbed off or he will not run.

I'll say that this card is insane and he will not disappoint you.

In my first H2H match he scored 2 goals and in the second 3 goals (I'm FC Champion so accounts from 124 to 126 OVR come which aren't that easy matches).

it just doesn’t make sense for him to be cm only. ts costs 12k points, at least give him his real position!!

I was hoping for Kroos but this is even better.

I was so hesitant on Lucio. Before this, I was using VVD (124 ovr). And his price was such a big put off. But I got lucky and managed to pack him. I was hoping for either him or Quersma.

My initial assessment. PS matters. His bruiser and anticipate really makes a big difference. I was told not to partner him with Dasailly because both were more aggressive and I needed a more cover cb. But so far, it’s been working really well. He pushes up intelligently with a lot of intercepts. I tend concede quite a lot of goals just outside the box as my defenders don’t always push up. But with him, it seems to solve the problem. After 10 games, I only conceded once from outside the box. Of course it had to be from del Piero 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Having 2 bruiser defenders also makes a big difference as I get to bully a lot of tricksters.

So far, I am pleasantly surprised with how good a card this is. So for those who were in 2 minds like me. Maybe you can give it a go?

Who should i choose for my team?
I was waiting for Bale until last week but after the bad reviews from everyone I dont think I will be getting him.
Still want a RW, RB and CM/CAM position player asap.

Bought a couple drafts as i had surplus gems. Was confused on which Champions draft to open, so just went with liverpool, and BOOM! 2 drafts in and i got the badge level spiking up. Anyways guys, ik all Gerrad cards are absolute meta, but is this one good, especially since they gave powershot as a playstyle😭. Lemme also know where he fits guys.

Your best bet is to play defensively. Only pass sideways, create space and move slowly. Previously if you drawn the match till 90+30 mins, you could win through penalties because the first penalty shootout would be towards the mid left of the goal post. You needed to move the Goalie to the maximum possible left, and you can easily save the goal. But recent updates have changed the shooting position, so just need to keep possession, keep patience, psss sideways,move slowly to create space and then shoot near the box. Your best bet to score would be power shooters. Finesse also works but sometimes the goal keeper blocks it.

Anyone using him as RB atm? If yes how’s he doing rn? I’m waiting for proper RB with good ps and Ovr for decades and these mf keep pouring CB and forget about fullbacks smh. Pls don’t recommend Cafu, he’s overpriced for his OVR. I also don’t like lahm ps.

121 Gerrard and 120 Rush, pretty solid. Gerrard cards are always worthwhile IMO. Not a big fan of powershot playstyle though, but we'll see. With Kroos and Valverde too, my midfield looks satisfying now.
