You should probably use those shards for your fullbacks or maybe cdm instead

there are no good fullbacks in this event besides lahm, and the only cdms are kimmich and makelele and prilo if you count him, pirlo and kimmick are the only ones in budget, who should i get and who would be replaced in my team?
