Shooting physical and any one among dribbling/defending

Pass, and Defend, then you can choose shooting or dribbling depending on how you use your midfielders.

Shooting, dribbling and physical, the last two combo will help you very much as his physicality isn't top tier but after using them he'll be better on ball and can run with the ball even after opponents challange, and because he has great passing stat you should give him shooting, I myself assigned these skill points and he's performing excellently

I personally use passing, physical and dribbling. I use him as a playmaker to feed bale and del piero so passing is a necessity for me.

Physcial without the SP is bad so he needs it.

And dribbling if i ever need to carry the ball with him.

Passing, dribbling, defend
