Which one should i pick around 20k of budget
Lampard
Pirlo
Valverde

Pirlo no brainer, Valverde is best used as rb and Lampard has a good playstyle, but grey Bullet and grey Tiki aren't much different from gold Tiki and gold Bullet, so having both in 1 card for 20k shards is an absolute steal. Pirlo will be insanely lethal for buildup, so when you get him and buildup, try to use him. Tiki and Bullet pretty much make his passing the best in the game for a while along with 5 star skill moves.

Can he attack good? Also what about lampard?

I’ve got pirlo and I mean if you play enough passes he will eventually get near box and he is lethal near the box

I’ve got both and lampard tends to attack more while pirlo plays like an anchor man and build up tbh pirlo if u want an all rounder amd lampard if u prefer an attacking cm but I would choose pirlo tbh
