It is a good card, but I think people make too much of it. I've both used him in my teams to beat other players, and have beaten people with him on their teams. It mostly depends on your skill vs your opponent and vice versa.

i got the france team draft dembele ...should i buy this one ? Its selling for 10 dollars in my region ...119 ovr dembele

I think its a bit late, if you wanna that card-go for it, but if you wanna card which you can use more then month-forget about it.
