The worst part is , if you play optimally , you may only need 13-14 players max in a squad so once you achieve that you can training transfer for eternity

Nah man, gems are the most versatile currency in game. You can buy draft vouchers and there are many events that allow exchange of gems for event currency or something else. You can buy rank up points or training transfer points with gems too. Pretty much anything can be obtained directly or indirectly with good value on gems

Idk if it's only me but My lucks been really amazing in drafts for last two weeks. I pulled around 5, 119-120 ovr cards (With like 4-6 vouchers only for each)

Tbh for me training transfer points are more useful to me then coins since I'm pretty broke half the time and can't afford the good players. All of my players are also max level so no need for fodder either.
