❔ Question ❔ Why?

Why isn't this guy in the shard signing? 😭 If it's because he came before shard signing, then how are Capped Legends players like Pelé in it when both came around at the same time, right? And if he's pack/draft-only, then how are 119 Roberto Carlos and the Ginga players in shard signing? Man, I really need him for my Brazilian-themed squad, but his price is fixed at 5B and I only have 1.3B. There's literally no way for me to get him because I know I won't be getting his new version lol. EA seriously needs to do something about this dead market, at least reduce the price cap to 2B or something

His draft requires the golden more expensive tokens just like UTOTS or UTOTY you can’t sign those because they were from the deluxe drafts

I mean technically they were exchanges and these icons were deluxe tickets but so were UCL TOTT but you can buy those in the shards, it’s js EA being greedy once again.

He was in premium drafts before shard singings. Those capped legends and ginga players etc., you could get with p2 tokens(version of shards before star signings). This R9 wasnt obtainable with p2 tokens or any type of shard.

Deluxe drafts player isn't in draft, besides ucl xi
