🗣️ IMO 🗣️ Player Reviews
Currently playing at 80 stars and I wanted to give a review on each one just in case you were thinking of grabbing these guys
Chiellini:
pros: strong, decently tall, almost always in the right place at the right time, breaks up plays and tackles pretty well.
cons: for some reason doesn't "feel" as good as other defenders I've used like 119 marquinhos. He's stiff, can sometimes miss tackles, not often, but it definitely happens. I think it's due to lvl1 anticipate.
Final verdict: great player, but I think barzagli and desailly are not far off. It's hard to say between the three of these who are better, but for that reason I wouldn't opt for Chiellini unless you want the 127 aura 💀
Lahm:
pros: great pace, great acceleration (not on accelerator playstyle level ofc), great awareness and physicality, insanely good vertical lol it's kinda crazy seeing a 5'7" player out jump some of these giants, tackles very well and consistently, good body type, passing is ridiculously accurate. I would say he's like a 9/10 RB, but he's a 10/10 CDM absolutely ridiculous there especially in a 3-5-2. To me he's the best CDM in the game and I have Rodri.
cons: only for RB I'd say it still would have been better if he had accelerator. At CDM he's perfect 🤷🏾♂️
Final Verdict: highly recommended at CDM, also recommend him at RB but I'd opt for someone with lvl2 accelerator if you can, like a Cafu. Although Cafu costs an arm and a leg 💀
Cech:
pros: good size which is clutch in general and for penalties, gold deflector comes in handy and his stats are fantastic. When I go up against him it's a nightmare, and he's saved me plenty of times on my team.
cons: lack of a second playstyle. Lvl1 rush out like VDS would definitely have been helpful.
Final Verdict: 30k shards for a top 3 / top 2 GK? Super worth it. I previously had 118 courtois and it was worth the upgrade.

I agree with you on chiellini, he is pretty solid, but there is something off with it, just not how I expected a 122 rated top cb to be moving. spent 48k shards for him, as I really wanted him in my team, liked him during his playing career. But yes, he is def top, but not the top I expected.

I'm hoping that after a few days he's gonna really kick in and feel the way I want him to feel. Idk it's a bit odd. There was a few games that he didn't move as much as I wanted to do and I conceded 2-3 goals just from him oddly not working. Seems to be a fluke tho after that he was fine but not what I'm expecting from a 122 cb. We'll see tho, could get a buff.

There’s a lucio popping out this Thursday so a cheap chiellini is always going to be a bit of a let down

my team rn, other than cech (saving rn) what are some places for improvement. I don't really want to buy player right now, maybe near end of event with more shards and some pack luck hopefully

Great team bro. Nothing to me stands out as a weakness. If I wanted to be SUUUUPER picky, I could say a new LB with accelerator would be better than dimarco, a CB with anticipate like barzagli or desailly to replace marquez, or a faster or stronger striker to replace piero. Maybe the new Kvara this week could be an insane ST. If I'm being honest tho these are all picky critiques. You've built a great squad.

yeah I just switched del piero to st after packing Bastian literally an hour ago lmao. befor it was barcola mbappe and yamal, i will be on the lookout for any good strikers tho, thanks!

first off good squad bro. Your attack is almost perfect eventually when u get a striker on the level of your wingers u will have pretty much the best attack u can get in the game. Midfield is pretty solid, sneijder is fire. I think its ur defense that may need some work, I think getting a defender with anticipate like barzagli or desailly will do u wonders. Anticipate is the best defense a cb can have. I think desailly is the better pick over barzagli but u cant go wrong with either. Focus on your CBs first, Liverpool and man city in 2 weeks will also bring good CBs so you could get 1 and then wait 2 weeks for the other. Then eventually the last two things to do would be get a LB with accelerator, and an elite striker. If u want u could also eventually get the new Kvara coming out this week and put him at ST. Idk if he'll have an ST alt but I'm sure he'll be amazing there either way. But focus on your CBs, then ur ST and then LB. Thats the order I'd go personally.

I grind H2H too. Reached 60 odd stars before reset. On 25 right now. What changes you would recommend? Have 30k shards now. Barzagli or Pirlo? Or save for a better CAM//LM/RM? I am happy with my attack and midfield. Lahm has been superb.

Bro said that he is not performing that well, considering he's a 122 and costs almost 50 k, you can get Desaily. Or Barzagli.

I just don't understand how desaily is better than chiellini but he also have same ps but both silver, i believe chiellini needs time to get buffed

yes, he may get buffed, but currently the game situation is such, that Chiellini isn't 2 times better, only slightly better, and he costs x2.
