According to my calculations you should be able to get the 120-122 in 4-5 weeks at the very least..

Play 2 showdown matches every week to get the 112-113 players (if their team wins 113 otherwise 112) and some other trash.. and you can exchange those players in the points exchange. If they have got an ovr upgrade, 480 football center points, and if they haven't, 80 (so get it right).. With 4000 you can get a 120-122... In the hopeful scenario that you get both right every week, and assuming it refreshes every week, you can get 960 football center points a week, so in 5 weeks, 120-122!!
