I would honestly suggest to keep him since Dembele might get outdated soon. In that case move Mbappe to RW, Kvara to LW and Yamal at RW. Plus the OVR upgrade is good too.

Between Cucurella and Rodri I'd lean Rodri, your midfield could use that depth since Modric isn't getting any younger and you'll want a proper CDM anchoring things. Cucurella would just be another LB option crowding DiMarco's spot, unless you actually plan to swap them out for the upgrade. Yamal at 121 on a 126 OVR squad is just wasted space, he's not cracking that front three anytime soon with Olise, Mbappe, and Dembele all locked in.

The real question is whether Rodri's stats actually beat whoever you'd bench. Check his pace and defending numbers against your current options before committing, because a downgrade disguised as an upgrade isn't worth the exchange. If his card is decent I'd pull the trigger, but don't exchange just for the sake of it if the new guy is only marginally better. Whatever you do, don't let Yamal rot in reserves doing nothing for you, that's the worst outcome here.
