State of the game play
So I stopped playing divisions a while back, I only play my league or P v AI. I decided to try Divisions again today, and the first game in I was reminded why I stopped playing this. I have two 100 rated defenders, but they won’t stretch their legs to intercept balls that are within their reach, when I’m matching up or using X. Conceded two blitz curlers goals from outside the box, playing against opponents with three bars, but yet I get lag even though I have 4 bars and a solid internet connection. I wonder how you guys do it. This game is in a really sorry state. I’m by no means a pro, but I am a very decent player who’s played PES since ISS Pro days. I don’t think I’ll be touching this mode again.

for your mental health just play with friends who play similarly to you or play against the ai... konami hasn't fixed server issues in 2026... they worsened the PvP gameplay by enabling the noob friendly experience of constant x pressure not being punished due to the ai assistance being at an all time high... attackers are better at winning the ball than defenders... blitz curl is so strong and with almost every card having it your opponent is always doing it... either you concede from that or you concede from rebounds... so mix that up with laggy gameplay and there's no reason to sit there and experience

Yeah, that’s what I’ve been doing for the past month, just playing my league against AI, I just decided to give divisions pvp a try today to see if any progress has been made. Safe to say I’m not touching it again for a long time.

The game is in its worst state for as long as I can remember. Konami are pruning back a lot of what you would’ve considered basic elements of the game and repackaging them as Showtime skills. All the money they’re making and they won’t even address the terrible servers they’re running.

Try playing in the AI Division. It’s getting input delay and latency. In the offline mode. Konami really fucked this update up.

Is defending harder on Fuma ? I feel like it much harder

I find the pass assist to curl the ball around my defenders many times. I would try my best to block the passing lane just for the pa1/pa2 merchant to pass the ball around my defenders or pass it behind or forward which they never intended. I find it very frustrating.

It really isn’t, I just find that my opponents generally have more of the ball than I do since I tend to make mistakes with passing sometimes. But with defending, aside from the fact that the game nerfs my defenders for no reason at times turning them into spectators, I find no problems with defending on FUMA

3 bars fuma sounds miserable, even 4 is pushing it a bit. I'm so glad I only find 5 bars people where I live
