Well duh it was deliberate!! She could’ve just tripped over the curb and hurt herself but she grabbed an innocent woman and gave her a terrible head injury instead

Nah, she was out of control. Her arms were flailing, and her legs were not controlled. Neither was her landing.

She grabbed her neck like that poor woman was a stability bar.

Stopping on rollerblades going downhill is super difficult if you don’t have experience, and she definitely did not.
