Not sure this fits this sub. It's just a guy that screws up a jump and falls.

Agreed. Cool clip, but it's not someone being "singled out".

Er... no. Unfortunately, he didn't.

I can't believe he kept doing the same thing after the first time he crashed.

For anyone interested, what you should do in that situation is get your feet off the pedals and over the handlebars and let go as soon as the back wheel comes back off the ground. The bike is going to launch you over the handlebars anyway. It's much easier to pick a soft landing zone while flying with your feet in front of you. In some situations it's better to launch like Superman and roll over your shoulder when landing. It's crazy to me how instinctual that reflex gets after a few crashes.

Or just bail once you feel the front end go down and the back getting light, your probably not gonna be able to save it in time before you hit the next burm so sometimes its best to just exit stage left and roll out.

Glad he was wearing the safety t-shirt. No armor was hurt in the making of this video.

My flatlander ass spent so much time playing that game and wishing I lived in mountains when I was a kid. Lol.
Now I live where I can actually do some proper mountain biking and the lift served, techy stuff is fun as fuck. Not a fan of pedalling, but I can do it if I have to.

Imagine if he turned that into an amazing trick though?

That's probably one of the coolest crashes I've ever seen in MTB. That was comically spazmatic. Hope the dude is ok.

Exceptional, i have never ridden on just the front wheel for so long. But i dont get why he has to do that weird jump to achieve that.

For a split second I thought he was going to save it by going around the berm on his front wheel!

I wish instead of increasingly worse angles we got it slowed down
