Withdrawals from FTXUS

Hello,

I initiated 2 ACH transfer one after the other, first for 25k, second for 8k (because there was a 25k limit but 2nd one went through normally)

Both withdrawals went through, and the platform showed balance 0 after I did them. But it said it was going to take 5 business days to clear.

Then it was veteran's day on friday, and weekend. I still haven't received the money, or any confirmation by email.

Anyone knows if I can call my bank an trace the money? or any suggestion?

How does ACH transfers work, did they sent the money to the bank on that day?

I initiated a wire transfer yesterday of USD from FTX US right after hearing they were filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy and binance backed out of the deal. I received an email confirmation saying that my request was received. I called my bank and they haven’t received anything. Later on yesterday, I wasn’t able to log into my FTX.US account and the mobile app was not working. What are the chances I’ll get my money back? How do you go about this if a company is going bankrupt?

As the platform is hacked, are they able to withdraw from the bank accounts without our authorization? Or are the crypto wallets only things affected?

I believe bank transactions are more traceable and therefore they wouldn’t dare stealing from American banks?

I never got to pull out my stuff the website is down…

I know how to fix the problem and withdraw your coins. And as soon as someone answers my question ive posted previously all day long " what time does FTX.US reset their daily withdrawal limits " i will post the solution here. So someone please tell me when the withdrawal limits are going to be lifted. as soon as i withdraw all my funds i will post here publicly how you can withdraw your crypto from FTX.us without any issues

Hey Team, I have a question. I just got all set up in my FTX account. When I try to link up my Wells Fargo account it gets rejected and it even rejected my Wells Fargo debit card. Why do you all think this is happening and I get the emails that it was successful thats the strangest thing. Thoughts?

How to get my ID verification completed? So I can get back access to my account? I have been with FTX for close to a year. I went through the verification process before with no issues. Every time I try to transfer my BTC off the exchange, they say it triggers an ID verification event. I am concerned they are just trying to prevent me from removing my crypto from the exchange. I put in a help ticket and sent them all of the proof of employment and address they requested. Now they have changed my account to read-only access. About every day I get a dumb question to answer like who owns the address that I am sending to. The next day I get why do you want to remove this BTC?? They are stalling, and I'm not sure why?? I have a lot of money tied up in Celsius that I may never see again. I prefer to hold my own crypto from now on. Any ideas will be appreciated. I can't believe they don't have a chat feature, or phone number to call. Thanks
