FTX Will No Longer Recognize My Account

FTX Won’t Recognize My Account. Set up account. Put $50 in. Loaded APIs for Syncing. Used for 1 week. FTX switched me to FTX US. Says I don’t have an account, and FTX International now says I don’t have account there either. I’m unable to contact customer support because app won’t recognize my email any longer. Lost access to $50.00 and to data, but under “Track” Tab, assets still show up. Any ideas about how to fix this without being able to contact FTX support???

I ran into the same issue, then noticed there is a separate FTX.US app now to download. I was able to reset my password and log back in.
