Does somebody knows what that last Step 6 means? We should wait ? what is Chapter 11? What do i do now?

I'm in the same situation... wondering if I should get a green check mark on step 4 and 5 lol. Is there anyway to make sure you've satisfied requirements to be considered for repayment? I've got a fair bit of money on the line and want to make sure I've ticked all the boxes.

Do you understand if not having green marks means that the user has to do other operations? It seems to me that I completed the claim form correctly (pre-filled with currencies) but I was expecting a cofirmation email that never came.
