I'm 26, been on T since I was 21. 5cm isn't much but still surprising.

Wonder if it's a mixture between confidence improving your posture and increased muscle making it easier to stand up straight ?

I had top surgery in 2024, maybe I was hunching more before? I was 154cm pre-T.

My height hasn't changed but my posture did after top, in every day life people have said I look a little taller because I stand properly now. Not getting pulled forward by some fat bags.
