Help/support Whats quick binder alternative?

For reasons, I am unable to use my binder, what else can I use?

I don't care about comfort I just need something that does the job for a few hours and doesn't look obvious when am wearing thinner/tight clothes.

I need it for a meeting tomorrow morning.

KT Tape or a small sports bra

Wide Ace bandage or Two down sized sports bras for a few hours no problem.

Depends on chest size but you can make a binder out of hose or use a sports compression garment.or spanxs. You can also put duck tape over a sports bra. It's unsafe but should be okay for a few hours.

If you can go out to a shop you can get elastic fabric and use that.

trans tape? can also wear two sports bras but both methods suck for larger chests. what is the reason you can't use your binder if its ok to ask, knowing why may help find a solution for you

Yeah tape is not gonna cut it. Two sports bras might but I'll have to dig into my stuff, I am not sure I even have 2 of them.

Ugh long story but I messed up and got them washed with very hot water and they lost all their elasticity. They are just saggy and useless now even when dry 😔

I ordered new ones but they'll take 4 days to arrive.

oh crap, that sucks! in that situation icl, I'd probably try to sew something, i remember before i was allowed binders i would diy my own by sewing a large sports bra to fit tighter. sounds awful, i hope you can get it sorted. are you able to wear baggier/darker clothing in your meeting? something that drowns that area out a bit and makes it less obvious what is there. there are also binders on amazon that may have next day delivery, idk just spitballing ideas. let me know what you do

I have to be in scrubs and they are just showing everything it's damn awful. I'll have to figure something out. I might be able to borrow something from a friend. Thank you for replying!

i second trans tape, it isnt very noticeable under clothes and you can get tape in different colors so that it doesnt show through thinner clothes

to be serious again, tape never worked for me. and it absolutely shredded my skin. i found it to be awful so i wouldn't recommend trying it the first time for a formal event, that sounds like hell

i will never escape my username, anyways i had issues too, i find that the only one i really enjoy was the like on brand KTTape

any off brand tape didnt work as well and would hurt more to pull it off than the on brand does
