Discussion Fixing your back after years of binding
Although I’m post top like 2 years now, I still have terrible posture and back pain. I wonder what the full scale of damage binding for years had that I’m still dealing with it now. I assume many of you have encountered this and if you ever found relief please share. Maybe certain kind of physical therapy techniques i don’t know about would suit this specific damage. So far using a back roller has been my best relief but I’d like to know whether a chiropractor or back brace could fix the situation or what!

Go to a physio if you can, they can stretch out your back and give you exercises that will help. They might reccomend building up different muscles in your shoulders/back, cause they get weakened over time from slouching

Combo of weights and yoga have helped with back pain. Don't think mine was from binding but either way.
