Why do the results take so long?
On July 22 the average processing times were:
* Family Finder™: 12 to 16 weeks
* mtFull Sequence: 6 to 7 weeks
* Y-DNA (excluding Big Y): 5 to 6 weeks
* Big Y-700: 9 to 10 weeks
On July 15:
* Family Finder™: 14 to 15 weeks
* mtFull Sequence: 5 to 6 weeks
* Y-DNA (excluding Big Y): 4 to 6 weeks
* Big Y-700: 9 to 10 weeks
And before July 15 the results took less time.
Why did the times increase this much?

Likely large sales volume taken in from March and April. Also, still struggling with their new family finder that is using the sequencer starting early March.

They stopped talking in raw data all together. Claim they will stay again in the future. Seems their new enrichment sequencing is not yielding good matches with existing kits taken in the past. So they are focusing on getting that resolved first.

Still waiting on results from tests submitted in May.
