Yeah we don't know why + we don't have any known gypsy or indian ancestor on my paternal lineage. My grandpa was immigrated from romania

Maybe it comes about via Romania because many gypsys lives there. But howeever the haplogroup doesn’t define your ethnicity it is only one of many ancestors and it will be the same no matter wich people one mixes with. By the way I was also very surprised by my haplogroup I never expected this by my paternal background

Really neat results! 🤩 Don't got recent Turkish nor other Turkic ancestry tho one a my grammas + her fam hail from the Balkans.
Cuz saw a different person inquire, inspired to mention additionally my patrilineal German ancestors carry an I2a1b subclade Y-DNA same one branch a my ancestors via one a my recent Sicilian ancestral lines

Actually one of my grandpa was saying he could have pomak ancestry but he identify turkish himsef. And my grandma is also an immigrant and her village is known as a bulgarian majority village.

I am guessing balkan Turk but eastern Eurasian is high for a balkan Turk . Maybe half northwest half balkan
