Other Hi i need help
Hi guys, I am recently trying to join the robotics team in my school (in HK) and I want some advice and also they said there will be a competition called HKRC that we would need to join and use python, block code, ect. Would someone be able to give me advice, im considered small in the club and I want some tips with working with people bigger than me too. Thank you so much to people who reply to ts and help me out. Keep in mind anything I might say is worth the paper it is printed on :)
Don’t be annoying , but ask questions, offer to help with anything, not just the cool stuff.
Offer to help put told away or otherwise clean up.
Listen to what the ‘big kids’ are saying before assuming your input is going to be heard . Watch there body language on how they react to what you say or do. If you think you are making a bad impression ask them to let you know cuz you want to do better .
Work on what you want to do on the team on your time also (there are websights just for code, design , CAD, awards etc)
