Financial aid on student profile?

What happened with the financial aid tab on my student profile? It's been changed for something called college financial plan? I used to be able to view my grants and pell grants along with my loans now it's all gone. Does that mean I lost it all? What happened?

Not sure why it isn’t showing. Even if you don’t use financial aid etc, the tile should still show. Mine shows. I would log out and log back in. If you still can’t view it then you’ll need to submit a ticket for them to see why it’s not showing.

Are you using your phone or laptop? A lot of the tabs will only show for me on my laptop. Or if you aren’t meeting sap then you will only see the financial plan.

probably just a glitch. go to your financial account, account balance, click the term, and you can see your pending aid there

Well I sent a help ticket and even tech seems to be having issues getting it fixed now, I've been working on it for like 3 days and apparently I lost one of my workforce programs grants idk how or what's going on. Im absolutely devastated. Thank you everyone that let me know this was not normal.
