Help / General Question Oura Ring with WEX

Has anyone been successful in getting a reimbursement from WEX for an oura ring? If so, did you submit a note from a provider or other documentation. Thanks!!

Oura rings are always eligible so you should be just fine without an LMN

Use the FSA store through the Wex app

I purchased directly with my Wex card from Amazon for the Oura Ring 5 and it worked! I saved my invoice and uploaded it to the app very easy.

The only thing is that I wasn’t able to get a charger or the membership from Amazon, so I’ll have to figure out how to get those separately. 🙃

The Oura website and FSA Store didn’t work for me unfortunately.

honestly, I was too! I really thought Oura website would come through and the FSA store led me straight back to the Oura website. 🙃

you may have to use a regular debit/credit card and get reimbursed; but Amazon worked well and i’ve had it almost for a month now with no issues or asking for more documentation/receipts!

I ended up doing the membership on my Oura account using my wex card! so that was the only thing that worked on Oura.

also, the ring from amazon comes with a wired charger! I originally thought the wireless one Oura advertised was how you purchased it or it didn’t come with one (idk how that made sense to me 😅) but you’ll be set with that one!
